TURKISH PSYCHDELIC ANATOLIAN POP-FOLK BAND

Telli Davul takes its name from the phrase "stringed drum" which is used by the musicians in the old wedding orchestras to express the bass guitar. They interpret the songs using psych, electronic motives as well as with their own sounds. Telli Davul was founded by Özer Ateş, the producer and the bas guitarist of the band, and is composed of Çisem Soylu (vocal), Muaz Ceyhan (vocal, bowed tanbur and caglama), Özge Sorgun (keyboard, synthesizer) and Ethem Saran (drum)
